STEPS TO HEALTHY SKIN

  1. Drink plenty of water to cleanse your skin and help discard impurities.
  2. Wash your face at least three times a day and whenever you are exposed to dirt. Use a gentle wash suited for your skin. 
  3. Moisture your skin every time you wash.
  4. Apply sunblock with a minimum SPF 20 when you're out in the sun or driving around with your friends.
  5. Give your face a steam once a week. The steam will remove any dirt or makeup in your pores, unclogging them. Exfoliate with a mild face scrub suited to improve skin's texture.
  6. Apply a face mask to your skin once or twice a week to draw out impurities.
  7. Eat a healthy diet.
